Dr. Grigoryan earned his Ph.D. from the Winogradsky Institute of Microbiology, Russian Academy of Sciences in 2004, specializing in oil microbiology and biogeochemistry. Since then Dr. Grigoryan has been worked in Russia, Canada, and Denmark leading various local and international industry-oriented projects to improve methods for microbially enhanced oil recovery, reservoir souring management, control of the microbially induced corrosion in surface and underground industrial facilities. He has coauthored over 30 peer-reviewed manuscripts.
