Pieter is a PhD student at Erasmus School of Health Policy and Management, Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

Biography

Pieter is a PhD student at Erasmus School of Health Policy and Management, Erasmus University of Rotterdam. He investigates how participatory design can improve eHealth. His research focuses on the use of epistemology to develop the theory of participatory design. He holds BSc and MSc degrees in Philosophy and is also an ex-cancer patient (AYA). He developed three philosophical skills for caregivers and patients (www.addperspective.com). He has already given workshops at Guy's and St Thomas Hospital (London) and also in various hospitals in Belgium. Pieter also has a podcast: co-design health.
